TPE Return/COVID Policy

If something is faulty, email us with images and send it back within 7 days in the packaging. If the packaging is intact we are more than happy to refund or exchange the products for you. We do not accept returns on clothing due to COVID. Please choose wisely.

TPE Lost/Stolen Policy

We do not take responsibilty for lost packages, late packages due to COVID19 and damaged packages in transit.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR LOST / STOLEN PACKAGES BY COURIERS / POSTAL CARRIERS.

Shipping Timeframes

Normal shipping within Australia & NZ should take between 3-26 days. However, due to national and state COVID restrictions being implemented, some products may take up to 5 weeks to arrive. We apologise for any inconvenience.
