TPE Return/COVID Policy

If something is faulty, email us with images and send it back within 30 days. If item is genuinely fault (e.g. shirt print is coming off) we are happy to refund or replace the products for you. We do not accept returns on clothing if you have simply chosen the wrong size. This is due to our manufacturers COVID policy.

Please choose wisely.

We do not take responsibilty for lost packages, late packages due to COVID19 and damaged packages in transit.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR LOST / STOLEN PACKAGES BY COURIERS / POSTAL CARRIERS.

Shipping

Normal shipping within Australia & NZ should take between 3-26 days. However, due to national and state delays within Australia Post, some products may take up to 5 weeks to arrive. We apologise for any inconvenience.
